Hi I’m Kate!

Seven years ago I was anxious in groups and directionless. I spent most evenings with a bottle of wine watching reruns of old sitcoms.

After a spiritual experience under the stars one night I realized I was addicted to being disconnected from the present moment and I wasn’t living my true purpose.

Now I am seven years sober and serving others from heart led sovereignty. I work with people 1:1 and in group settings with a joy and inner peace that previously felt so distant and inaccessible to me.

I’m immensely grateful for my life and the ability to be of service to those who feel drawn to me.

I’m a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Florida. I am NCCAOM certified in acupuncture & Chinese herbal medicine. I graduated from The Academy For Five Element Acupuncture in Gainesville, FL in August of 2023.

I have been sharing my skills as a Reiki master and guided meditation facilitator since 2019.

I am particularly passionate about taking people on sensory based guided journeys that allow them to explore the hidden depths of their psyche.
